Latisha, we are here to pray with you and guide you according to God's Word. Let us first address your concerns about monitoring spirits, gang stalking, and astral projecting witches and warlocks.
We must remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). It is important to focus on God's protective power rather than being consumed by fear of evil forces. Jesus has assured us that He has given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB).
However, we need to be careful not to attribute too much power to the enemy. The Bible teaches us to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7, WEB). It is essential to stand firm in our faith and put on the full armor of God to protect ourselves against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Latisha to You. Father, we ask for Your divine protection over her life. Shield her from any form of evil, including monitoring spirits, gang stalking, and astral projecting witches and warlocks. We rebuke these spirits in the name of Jesus and command them to flee.
Lord, fill Latisha with Your Holy Spirit, giving her a spirit of power, love, and self-control. Help her to walk in faith and not in fear. Remind her of Your promises to protect and defend her. Strengthen her faith and give her peace that surpasses all understanding.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
