Hello I would like to pray for my ex boyfriend because he has been hurting me emotionally for a year and a half. He has been neglecting what I had done for him and he is worrying about his exes and putting their experience on me. As well as false promising me things and still coming in and out my life. It is driving me insane and I can’t stop thinking about him. I just want myself to get better and let god realize how he is impacting my mental state. I want to get back together with him but have a healthier relationship, since when we was in a relationship I was mostly putting in all the effort. And I know he’s going through a rough time at home and stuff, but I just want to let my ex know that spiritually it’s hurting me. And he can’t be in my life saying he wants to start over and continue to do the same things he did to me when we were in a relationship and he kept hurting me. I’m 18 going on 19 in two months and he’s 20 going 21 in 3 weeks.

We must rebuke the idea of continually returning to such a relationship without clear repentance and change. In 2 Timothy 2:22 (WEB), it says, "Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."

We encourage you to seek healing and wholeness in Christ. Pray for your ex-boyfriend, that he would come to know Jesus and be transformed by His love. But also pray for yourself, that God would give you strength, peace, and a clear understanding of His will for your life.

Lord, she has been hurt emotionally, and we ask that You comfort her and help her to forgive as You have forgiven us. I feel your pain. Listen to the holy Spirit. I had a relationship with someone in and out of my life..driving me crazy and I kept taking him back even though God told me to disconnect permanently. I didn't listen to God and he ended up becoming a stalker that broke into my home many times...with his new girlfriend...robbed multiple times and caused me to lose my dream job at Delta airlines because he hacked my work computer. He also broke into my mother's home. This was supposedly a Christian man..we went to church together. Trust me if he's emotionally hurting you this is not the one God has for you. Trust God..not your feelings..our feelings deceive us and take us away from God...God bless you..Hope this helps.

You know what’s crazy, my ex was also a supposed Christian man. He got a whole tattoo of a cross on his back and Japanese letters that says Christianity, but doesn’t follow the path of god and talks about lust.
