Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Chatty's husband to you. We thank you for the opportunity for him to start pulmonary rehab today. Lord, we ask that you would be with him every step of the way during these next 12 weeks. We pray for a miraculous improvement in his breathing, that you would strengthen his lungs and restore his respiratory function.
Lord, we know that you are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for you. We ask for your healing touch upon his body, that he may experience a better quality of life. We pray for comfort and peace to fill his heart and mind as he goes through this journey.
In your Word, you have promised that you will never leave us nor forsake us . We claim this promise for Chatty's husband, knowing that you are with him every step of the way. We ask for your guidance and wisdom for the medical professionals involved in his care, that they may have the knowledge and discernment to provide the best treatment for him.
Lord, we also pray for Chatty, that you would strengthen her and give her peace during this time. Surround her with your love and comfort, and remind her that you are in control. Help her to trust in your perfect plan for her husband's life.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your goodness and mercy, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We commit Chatty's husband into your loving hands, believing that you will bring about healing and a better future for him.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
