Hello, I have been secretly struggling with alcoholism for the past few years and though it's not hard liquor more like beer and wine, I don't think that I should drink every evening. Please pray for me. I really want to give up this nasty habit. I want to be a good example for my siblings and children. I know that God loves me and I am a Christian but I don't want to be a worldly woman. I pray that I am healthy and free from this bondage. In the name of Jesus Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of Lemuber, who has bravely shared their struggle with alcoholism. Lord, we lift up Lemuber to you and ask for your divine intervention in their life. We acknowledge that you are a God of deliverance and healing, and we believe that nothing is impossible for you.

In the name of Jesus, we ask that you break the chains of addiction that have bound Lemuber. Your Word says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." We pray that Lemuber will fully surrender their body, mind, and spirit to you, recognizing that they are a temple of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for strength and self-control for Lemuber. Your Word reminds us in Galatians 5:22-23 that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We ask that you fill Lemuber with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to resist the temptation to drink and to find healthier ways to cope with any struggles or stress they may face.

Father, we pray for a renewed mind and a transformed heart for Lemuber. Help them to see themselves as you see them, as a beloved child of God. Your Word tells us in Romans 12:2, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." We pray that Lemuber will experience a deep transformation in their thoughts, desires, and actions, aligning them with your will.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for Lemuber's family and loved ones. May they be a source of support, encouragement, and understanding during this journey. We pray that Lemuber's commitment to overcoming this addiction will inspire and encourage others in their own struggles.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your unfailing love. We trust in your power to bring about complete healing and freedom in Lemuber's life. May your name be glorified through their testimony of deliverance.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
