Hello, I have been having really bad anxiety and depression and I would like a prayer request to heal me from the anxiety and depression and depressive thoughts. I have been having anxiety and depression for about a month and my days have been up and down and I’ve been fighting depressive thoughts and I need help! Thank you so much!

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is struggling with anxiety and depression. Lord, Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask for Your peace to envelop ###, calming every anxious thought and soothing every troubled heart.

Lord, we pray for healing from the depressive thoughts that have been weighing heavily on ###. In Psalm 34:17-18, it is written, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask that You draw near to ###, providing comfort and strength during this difficult time.

Father, we trust in Your promise from Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." May ### feel Your presence and know that You are holding them up, giving them the courage to face each day.

We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for hearing our prayer. We believe in Your power to heal and restore. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
