hello,I grind my teeth when I sleep I need an answer for this from GOD i have already lost one molor from this and the surrounding teeth are being effected

Help me to keep a prayerful and thankful heart unto You at all times regardless of what the situation looks like. May You always hear songs of praise and thanksgiving from my mouth to Your ears. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love and care about, and all those who love and care about me. Amen, so be it, and it is so.”

I've fallen into that habit too,usually when I'm stressed from trying to meet tight deadlines,etc. I actually bite on the inside of my cheek, but while doing this, the teeth can't help but grind against each other. I pray for you, that you break this habit.{That's what it is, a habit.}The dentist can make up a mouthguard for you, too, to block this.{But might be expensive.}
