Hello I am John ,from India. With God grace I got a job and it has been around 45 days but I am still struggling to understand the work . wouldn't able to perform any task with confidence. I don't understand whether i am so dumb or stupid. I am feeling very low and scared of what's gonna happen next minute. There is no peace in my mind. My couple of team members are kind of sound mean to me. Please pray for me guys .I really need to get over my fears and also I need to excel at my job. Thanks in advance.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Varshan, who is seeking your guidance and strength in his new job. We thank you for the opportunity he has received and for your grace that has brought him this far.

Lord, we lift up Varshan's struggles and feelings of inadequacy in understanding his work. We ask that you grant him wisdom and understanding, that he may grasp the tasks at hand with confidence. Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give generously without finding fault. We pray that you would pour out your wisdom upon Varshan, enabling him to excel in his job.

Father, we pray for peace to fill Varshan's mind and heart. May he find comfort in knowing that you are with him every step of the way. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7 that if we present our requests to you with thanksgiving, your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask for this peace to flood Varshan's life, bringing calmness and assurance amidst his fears.

Furthermore, Lord, we ask for your intervention in Varshan's interactions with his team members. We pray for kindness and understanding to prevail among them. May any mean-spiritedness be replaced with compassion and support. Your Word teaches us in Ephesians 4:32 to be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave us. We pray for a harmonious and encouraging work environment for Varshan.

In all things, Lord, we surrender Varshan's fears and struggles into your loving hands. We trust that you are able to turn his weaknesses into strengths and guide him towards success. May he find confidence and fulfillment in his work, knowing that he is ultimately serving you.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We believe that you will answer according to your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust and respect You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because Your Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
