We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ###. Lord, You know the pain and suffering that ### is enduring right now. We ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon ### in these final moments. Please, Lord Jesus, take ### home to You tonight without any more suffering.
