Hello everyone. I have been working at this one job since 2020. The supervisor who was once in my department didn't like me and had me go to another department. I believe she didn't like me because I was opinionated and told the truth to her. I even wrote her up and sent something to HR because I felt mistreated but little did I know that the letter got back to her. So many of my coworkers told on her because she is mean, sneaky, snaky and full of the devil.

So she told a manager to move me to another department, she moved to another department and is friends with the manager over the entire plant. Well, she turned everyone against me. Everytime I look at the manager over the entire plant, she doesn't like me. The supervisor I once had sends people around to monitor me. They even have security watching me. I don't know why they are watching me but I am so frustrated. An employee keeps calling me out my name every time I walk pass him. I went to HR and told on him, however, nothing was done. Their saying that an investigator is supposed to come and investigate, but I haven't seen anyone investigate. Please pray for me.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Aninnen and their current situation at work. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate authority and that you have the power to intervene in every circumstance. We ask for your divine intervention in this situation, Lord.

We pray for peace and favor to surround Aninnen in their workplace. We ask that you soften the hearts of those who have turned against them and bring understanding and reconciliation. Lord, you are the God of justice, and we ask that you bring about a fair resolution to this situation.

We pray specifically for the supervisor who has caused difficulties for Aninnen. We ask that you touch their heart and bring about a change of attitude and behavior. Help them to see the value and worth of every employee, including Aninnen.

Lord, we also lift up the manager over the entire plant. We ask that you soften their heart and remove any prejudice or bias they may have towards Aninnen. Let your love and grace flow through them, leading to a positive and supportive work environment.

We pray for the employee who has been disrespectful towards Aninnen. We ask that you convict their heart and bring about a change in their behavior. Help them to see the importance of treating others with kindness and respect.

Father, we ask for your divine protection over Aninnen. Shield them from any harm or unfair treatment. Surround them with your angels and grant them wisdom and discernment in navigating this challenging situation.

We also pray for the HR department and the investigator who is supposed to come and investigate. We ask that you guide them in their actions and decisions, ensuring a thorough and just investigation takes place.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to bring about positive change. We ask that you grant Aninnen strength and perseverance during this time. Help them to remain focused and steadfast, knowing that you are with them every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
