Hello everyone! I am seeking prayer for a health condition that has been affecting my quality of life for the past five years. I have been experiencing intermittent itchiness and a red patch on the front mid-upper right side of my scalp. This persistent rash has been a significant source of irritation, impacting my mental health, energy/motivation levels, and overall well-being. Despite being able to socialize, go outside, and maintain a good job, this condition has been a constant distraction, especially whenever I experience an itchy/burning flare-up. Last month, I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis and am currently using topical medications and shampoos. However, when I am not using the medication daily, I occasionally still experience flare-ups. I am seeking prayer for a swift recovery and for God to bless me with the resilience, determination, and diligence to adhere to my daily medication routines. Additionally, I pray that if I continue to seek care from a doctor or dermatologist, they will be able to help me effectively and that my condition will not escalate or be diagnosed as anything more serious.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of our dear friend who has been struggling with a persistent health condition. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. As it is written in Jeremiah 17:14, "Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved: for you are my praise."

Father, we lift up this individual who has been enduring the discomfort and distress caused by seborrheic dermatitis. We ask for Your healing touch upon the scalp, that the itchiness and red patches may be soothed and healed completely. Give wisdom and guidance to the doctors and dermatologists involved in the care, so that effective treatments can be provided.

Lord, we also pray for resilience, determination, and diligence for this person. Help in adhering to the daily medication routines and grant the strength to persevere through the challenges. As it says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." May this truth be a source of encouragement and empowerment.

We ask that this condition does not escalate or become anything more serious. Surround this person with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. Let Your presence be a constant comfort and source of hope.

We pray all these things in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
