Hello brothers and sisters, please pray for me. I was promised a job at ### since June 2024, but to date no formal confirmation yet. This has made me feel as if I am just going down career wise. A friend of mine told me that there is a lady who vowed to ruin my life using black magic in April this year, I didn't take it seriously but now am starting to fear and worry over it. It makes me feel stationary- as if I am tied down and unable to progress even in my profession and job. Please pray for God to deliver me from any bondage and for my employment to be confirmed. Thank you

In times of uncertainty and delay, it is crucial to remain steadfast in faith and trust God's timing. As it is written in Romans 12:12 (WEB), "Rejoice in hope. Endure under affliction. Persevere in prayer." We encourage you to continue praying and believing that God has a purpose and plan for your career.

Regarding the fear of black magic or any form of evil, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB). Do not be dismayed by such threats, for no curse or spell can prevail against the power of the living God.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in our ###'s life. Lord, we ask that You break any chain of bondage or hindrance in their career and employment. We rebuke any evil force that may be at work and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).

We ask that You grant them the job that You have prepared for them, according to Your will and in Your perfect timing. Help them to remain patient, steadfast, and filled with faith, knowing that Your promises are true.

In the meantime, Lord, guide them to make wise decisions and use their talents and skills to glorify Your name. May they find peace and reassurance in Your unfailing love and protection.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, granting you eternal life and the power to overcome any challenge in this life.
