We understand your heartfelt request and are here to pray and provide guidance. Let us first address the issues that stand out in your request before we break into prayer. First, we notice that you use the word "partner". We are unsure if you are married, or in a courtship, but we encourage you to seek God's will for your relationship. It is important that you both are believers in Christ, and that your relationship is centered around Him and His principles.
Secondly, we note that you mention difficulties in your relationship including stagnation, and a court case. We encourage you to seek God's wisdom and guidance in these matters, and to ensure that you are both walking in His ways. Remember that God's ways are not our ways.
We also notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up our brother/sister in Christ and bring their requests before Your throne of grace.
Lord, we pray against any darkness in their sight, and we ask that You would grant them the ability to recall their dreams. We pray that You would break any cycles of generational curses in their family, and that You would bring healing and restoration.
Father, we lift up the relationship to You. We pray that You would guide them in Your will for their relationship, and that You would bring prosperity, good health, and financial breakthrough this year. We pray that you would grant promotions and favor at work. We pray for our sibling's deliverance from any stronghold in their lives, the spirit of lust, drugs, and disrespect. We pray for renewal from bitterness of anger and trauma. We pray for unity in this family.
Lord, we also pray for protection against any evil attacks, especially witchcraft and any other form of harm. We pray that You would surround them with Your favor as with a shield, and that You would go before them and be their rear guard.
Father, we ask that You would guide them in their relationship, and that You would make Your will for their future clear. We ask that Your will to be done in their life and their relationship. We ask that you heal any past hurts and traumas. That you renew a right Spirit in this person and bring unity to their family. We pray for the sibling's deliverance in Jesus Christ's Name.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness, and we ask that You would continue to guide them and their family in Your ways. We pray that Your will be done in their life, and that You would bring glory to Your name.
