Hello all! My name is Anthony. Please pray for me as my mind is not what it was a month ago. I am feeling very anxious since I suffered a very mental traumatic experience 2 weeks ago. Now i cannot seem to fully relax and my brain just keep racing with random thoughts such as trying to remember names of persons and if I can't remember, I would get a panic attack as though I am going crazy. I would hyperventilate and this would prevent me from falling asleep at nights and it is a really aweful feeling of helplessness and hopelessness. PLEASE PRAY for me as I do not know what to do. I have even started taking CBD oil which helps in short bursts. Please GOD, help me. Thank you all...
