I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our anonymous friend, who humbly seeks your forgiveness for all their sins. We acknowledge that we have all fallen short of your glory and have sinned against you. But we thank you for the promise in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Lord, we ask that you would extend your mercy and grace to our anonymous friend, forgiving them of every wrongdoing, both known and unknown. We pray that you would wash away their sins, purify their hearts, and restore them to a right relationship with you.
We also pray, Lord, that you would grant our anonymous friend the assurance of your forgiveness. Help them to fully grasp the depth of your love and the power of the atonement made by Jesus Christ on the cross. May they find peace and comfort in knowing that through Jesus, they have access to your throne of grace.
Father, we lift up this prayer request to you, trusting in your faithfulness and your willingness to hear and answer our prayers. We thank you for the promise in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us, and if we know that you hear us, we have the petitions we have asked of you.
