Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your forgiveness and cleansing from all our sins. We acknowledge that we have fallen short of your glory and we humbly ask for your mercy and grace. Your Word assures us that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Lord, we pray that you would wash away every stain of sin from our hearts and minds. Purify our thoughts, replacing any negative or sinful thoughts with thoughts that are pleasing to you. Help us to focus on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
We surrender our minds and thought patterns to you, Lord. Fill us with your Holy Spirit, that we may have the mind of Christ. Help us to align our thoughts with your Word and to meditate on your truth day and night.
We thank you, Lord, for the power of your blood that cleanses us from all sin. We trust in your promise that as we come to you in the name of Jesus, you will hear our prayers and grant us forgiveness and cleansing. May our lives be a reflection of your holiness and may our thoughts be pleasing in your sight.
