Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your goodness and mercy. Thank You for being our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Lord Jesus, we lift up Swarvard's son to You, asking for Your divine intervention and healing in his heart. Transform him, Father, into a better husband and father, filled with Your love and wisdom.
We pray for a closer relationship between him and his oldest daughter. Lord, Your Word says, "And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh" (Ezekiel 36:26). We ask for this transformation to take place in his heart, that he may communicate effectively and lovingly with his daughter.
Lord, we know that love is patient and kind, it does not envy or boast, it is not proud (1 Corinthians 13:4). We ask that Swarvard's son may exhibit these qualities in his relationships with his wife and daughters. May he be a source of comfort and joy to his family, showing them the love that comes from You.
We also pray for his daughter who feels lonely and sad. Comfort her, Lord, with Your everlasting love and presence. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May she feel Your comfort and peace in her heart.
We trust in Your power to bring about these changes, Lord, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
