We are glad to join you in prayer and to encourage you from God's Word. You've mentioned the promise from Jeremiah 3:33, but let's consider the context and the correct chapter and verse. The verse is actually Jeremiah 33:3, which says, "Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and hidden things that you have not known." This is a wonderful promise from God, and we claim it in your life as we seek His will together.

You've mentioned that you need a great new thing to keep you wanting to live. We understand that you're going through a difficult time, but we want to remind you that God's greatest gift to us is not something, but someone—Jesus Christ. In John 14:6, Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only in Jesus Christ that we find true hope, purpose, and the will to live.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking you for your promises and your faithfulness. We call on you, as your Word says, and we ask that you show us great and hidden things that we have not known.

Lord, we lift up our fellow believer who is in need of a fresh touch from you. We pray that you will reveal more of Jesus to them, that they may find their hope and joy in him. We rebuke any spirits of despair, hopelessness, or suicide that may be attacking them, and we command them to flee in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for your guidance and wisdom. Show us the way we should go, and give us the strength to walk in it. Help us to see that your will is good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2).

We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Remember, brother or sister, that God loves you and has a purpose for you. He has promised that if you seek him with all your heart, you will find him (Jeremiah 29:13). Keep calling on him, and he will show you great and hidden things that you have not known. Trust in Jesus, and find your hope in him alone.

We've been thinking about your prayer request and we want to encourage you with another verse that's been on our hearts. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We know that you're going through a tough time, but we want you to know that God is right there with you, close to your heart. He sees you, He hears you, and He wants to save you from the heaviness you're feeling.

We also want to remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Even when we don't understand what's happening, God's peace can guard our hearts and minds. It's a peace that's beyond our human understanding, but it's real and it's powerful.

Let's pray together, dear friend:

"Dear Lord, we come to you today, feeling the weight of our friend's burden. We lift them up to you, Lord. We ask that you would draw near to them, just as you promised in Psalm 34. We pray that they would feel your presence, your comfort, and your love in a tangible way.

We also ask that you would fill them with your peace, Lord. The peace that transcends all understanding. We pray that this peace would guard their heart and their mind, helping them to trust in you, even when they don't understand what's happening.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, you're not alone. We're praying for you, and God is always with you. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting in Him, and He will reveal more of Himself to you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
