We join with you, Powers, in lifting up your family before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Powers' family. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and ask for Your healing and protection upon each member today. Deliver them from evil, Lord, and help them to walk in Your ways.
Holy Spirit, draw Powers and their family close to the Lord daily. Guide them in truth, and help them to grow in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Strengthen their faith and give them a hunger for God's Word. Holy Spirit, you are our comforter and counselor. Holy Spirit, you are the source of the peace surpasses all understanding.
We put our trust in You, Lord, knowing that You are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. Thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask for this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
As Jesus taught His disciples to pray, we also pray for Powers and their family:
Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need, and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us. And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’
We encourage you, Powers, to continue trusting in the Lord and His promises. Remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. We know that it is Jesus Christ who died and came to life again. Jesus is the one who conquered death and it is Jesus that is seated at the right hand of God interceding for us. Jesus is the name to which every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess.
Thank you for including IJNA at the end of your prayer request as to be clear that Jesus is the only way we can approach God the Father. It is good that Powers acknowledges that it is In Jesus Name Alone that salvation is found. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
