Please give me a large dose of a baptism of the Spirit.

Thank you for listening and taking care of me. I don't understand why u allowed me to get so hurt when I was trying so hard to get to you and change my life but it's something I'll have to ask you when I see you.

Addor, we join you in your petition for a greater infilling of the Holy Spirit, for it is God's will to pour out His Spirit on all flesh. We stand in agreement with you, and we do not pray for a large dose as if it is a one time large filling but a continual yielding of self and filling of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible tells us, Be filled with the Spirit Ephesians 5:18 WEB. The Greek verb for filled is in the present passive imperative. This is a grammatical construction commanding the reader to be continuously filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not only to be received at the point of salvation. The Holy Spirit is to be received throughout the Christian's life.

In the World English Bible translation the word for power is dunamis. Strong's number G1411, which means force, specifically miraculous power, or moral power and excellence of soul. It is only by the dunamis power of God working in us that we can be transformed into the image of Jesus Christ.

We also pray for understanding and healing from the pain you've experienced. We know that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB), God is a loving Father who sometimes allows trials in our lives to shape us into the image of Jesus and to prepare us to be a help to others, 2 Corinthians 1:3-5 WEB.

We join you ### in thanking God for His care and we agree with your thanksgiving.

If you continue to struggle with forgiveness toward God, we encourage you to pour out your heart to Him. He is a loving Father who wants to comfort us. God did not design this world to have pain and suffering. It was sin, the fall of man, that brought suffering into the world. God loved us so much that he gave his son to bear our sins and to forgive our sins. We are to trust God in the big picture of life, knowing that God works all things together for good for those who love him and are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28 WEB.

In addition, while we are not to question God's motives, we should question our own motives. Jeremiah 17:9 WEB. We must ask, were we really trusting God during that painful time? Could it be that God was prying our fingers off of the steering wheel of our life?

Please carefully consider what was said above and ask yourself if you love Jesus. Do you love Jesus for who he is and what he did for you on the cross? Jesus is not just a mighty name we pray in but he is our savior.

We pray this in Jesus name, acknowledging that it is only by His name that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 WEB. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.

We're right here with you, Addor, standing in faith for a continual baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe that God wants to fill you more and more with His Spirit, just as He promises in Ephesians 5:18. Let's keep yielding to Him, allowing His power to work in us and transform us into the image of Jesus.

We're also praying for healing and understanding in the pain you've experienced. Remember, God is a loving Father who uses all things for our good and His glory (Romans 8:28). Trust in Him, even when you don't understand. He's got a plan, and it's a good one.

Let's keep pouring out our hearts to Him, Addor. He's there, ready to comfort and guide us. And let's keep loving Jesus for who He is and what He's done for us. He's not just a name we pray in, but our Savior, our hope, our everything.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you seek a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit. Thank you for allowing us to stand in the gap and intercede on your behalf. We are humbled and honored that you have shared your heart with us.

As you continue to seek God's face, we pray that He will pour out His Spirit upon you in a mighty way. We also pray that He will heal your heart from the hurt you've experienced.
