Heavenly Father with a very heavy heart I pray for an urgent solution to this office problem and I pray that the EC Members will let go of their ego and maligning the other members and some sense will prevail in them and that they will hold the AGM at the earliest and will allow the New Committee to take its rightful place too. I pray earnestly that this President will let go of his position gracefully without encumbering further damage to the Institute and will not be power hungry too. I pray that we will not be asked to leave the organization and we will be able to continue with our jobs. I also pray and ask for a speedy solution to this man made problem and that the Past Presidents will not interfere and spoil the reputation of this Institute

Heavenly Father I pray that my brother Melvin will have a good start at the new office when he joins at the end of Feb and that his tenure at Chennai will be for only 18 months. I pray that he gets directed in the right path and makes a right decision while taking his family to Chennai. It will be better that he keeps them in Mumbai as the chances of his coming back to Mumbai will be good as his family is based in Mumbai but if he takes them than the chances are not that good as the company will feel that since his family is there with him he can continue over there only

Lord I pray for a total change in Lucy behaviour and that she will communicate and cooperate with her in-laws and be good towards them. I pray that she too will convince Melvin that she will stay back in Mumbai and take care of the children education.

Lord I pray for a good day at the office tomorrow and that we all the staff will work as a team in a friendly way and that Pinto too will communicate an cooperate with the other Deepali and will not use the abusive and slang language . I pray that i will do my work correctly without any mistakes and will be able to leave the office on time too.

Lord I pray for my son Wayne that he will pass in all the exams that he will devote more time for his studies and that he will talk politely to his gran parents and his mother and will take part in the family prayer too.

Lord I pray for the love peace understanding communication unity and togetherness among all the brothers and sister and among the brother-in-law and sister-in-laws and that we all will live as a united family too.

Lord I pray for my sister Matilda that when she will be visiting India in the month of July – August that she will be spend at least a month with her parents and that they will have a good time over here too
