Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Windwold's prayer request for Christopher. Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon Christopher's body, specifically for healing from COPD and asthma. We pray that you would strengthen his immune system, Lord, so that he may be able to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses.
In your Word, you have shown us your power to rebuke rebellious wills and to silence tumultuous passions. You have the ability to calm storms of sorrow and bring peace to troubled hearts. We believe that you are mightier than any affliction or challenge that Christopher may face.
We also thank you, Father, for all that you have done for us. We acknowledge your faithfulness and goodness in our lives. We trust in your plan and purpose, even in times of sickness and uncertainty. Help us to rest in your will, knowing that you have a perfect plan for Christopher's life.
We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus, who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think. Amen.
