In times of trial, it is reassuring to know that God is our ultimate comfort. Psalm 147:3 (WEB) tells us, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Your uncle is not alone in his struggles; God is close to him, ready to heal and restore.
Additionally, we are encouraged by Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let us continue to bring your uncle's needs before the Lord, trusting that His peace will guard his heart and mind.
We also want to remind you of the importance of faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and the assurance of salvation. John 14:6 (WEB) says, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us hold fast to these promises and continue to intercede for your uncle, trusting that God's will be done in his life.
