We join with you, Windwold, in lifting up your uncle to our Heavenly Father in this difficult time. It is reassuring to know that you are praying in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
As your uncle nears the end of his life, we pray for a peaceful and painless transition. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul, who said that to be absent from the body is to be at home with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8 WEB). We pray that your uncle will find eternal peace and rest in His presence.
We also pray for the comfort of the Holy Spirit for you and your family during this time. May you be filled with God's peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Remember that even in the valley of the shadow of death, God is with us, and we need not fear (Psalm 23:4 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our uncle to You, asking for a peaceful and painless transition. Please send Your holy angels to guard and carry him home.
