Saraha, we join you in prayer regarding the situation with little Chris and your older brother. Let’s seek God’s will together in Jesus’ name.
Firstly, we acknowledge that you mentioned prayer in Jesus' name, which is essential. As Scripture tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let's reflect on the importance of seeking God's guidance in all matters, especially those involving our loved ones. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We pray for wisdom and understanding as you discuss this matter with Chris. May God grant you the right words and a compassionate heart to communicate effectively. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB).
We also pray for the well-being and provision for your older brother as he seeks a new place to stay. May God provide a safe and comfortable place for him and guide him in all things. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to trust in God’s sovereignty, knowing that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). May your faith be strengthened, and may you experience God's peace and guidance throughout this process.
