Heavenly Father, the omnipotent (all-powerful), omniscient (all-knowing), omnipresent (all-present), and omnibenevolent (all-good) eternal and sovereign creator of the unseen spiritual world and physical world, the one who has always been with me even in my never ending journey for 2 years, 5 months I continue to experience tight hip flexors. This has been the root cause of my problems for many weeks and months such as: Nagging joint pains in your legs, lower back or hips, lower back pain, walking with discomfort. hips locking up, bad posture, trouble sleeping, sluggishness in day to day life, high anxiety digestive problems, compromised immune system circulatory issues Lack of Explosiveness in the gym or sports.
I didn't realise that my misfunctioning psoas muscles has been the real cause of all my problems. However, you already knew this in the spirit realm before I had to find this out for myself. I've tried pain killers and ointments for my lower back but they only provided temporary relief. My psoas muscle wasn't creating a neutral pelvic alignment, stabilizes the hips, supporting my lower spine and abdomen, supporting my organs in the pelvic and abdominal cavity and giving me greater mobility and core strength. Therefore I struggle to lose body fat at the waist.
Once again, I ask you for physical healing to loosen my hip flexors and my psoas muscle so that never again I have to endure the daily experience of suffering same symptoms caused with a tight psoas muscle. As I continue to struggle throughout my never-ending journey I also ask that my spiritual strongholds begin to loosen and shatter into many pieces so that I can be set free.
I now lay my prayer at your feet in the name of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen and amen.
