Beloved, let us come together in prayer for ###'s requests, standing on the promises of God and His Word.
Firstly, we acknowledge the authority in the name of Jesus, through whom we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). It is commendable that ### has prayed in Jesus' name, recognizing the power and importance of His name.
Let us pray for ###'s nephew, his girlfriend, and his roommate who are battling drug addiction:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up these young people. We ask that You send Your angels to watch over them, to guard and protect them from the enemy's grip (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we know that You desire for them to be set free from the bondage of addiction. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek help (1 Corinthians 10:13). Guide them to effective resources and support systems that can aid in their recovery."
We must also address the relationship mentioned. While we pray for the girlfriend and nephew, we encourage them to honor God in their relationship, seeking purity and God's will. If they are not married, we pray that their relationship would be one of courtship, aiming towards a godly marriage (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5).
Now, let us pray for ### and her husband regarding their housing needs:
"Lord, we come to You on behalf of ### and her husband. We ask that You provide for their housing needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Guide them through the process of securing a home loan, giving them wisdom and understanding in every decision (James 1:5). Help them to meet all the requirements, and let Your favor rest upon them."
