We understand your distress, Sadieprettylady, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and truth. Let's come together and seek God's will for you.
Firstly, we are reminded of the power of Jesus' name and the authority He has given us. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is wonderful that you ended your prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, as it is by His name that we have access to the Father.
In your prayer, you mentioned a demon blocking your communication with God. We are encouraged in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (WEB) that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." We pray that you will take up these spiritual weapons and stand firm against any spiritual opposition.
We join you in praying for a hedge of protection around you and your family. In Psalm 91:11 (WEB), God promises, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." We pray that God will send His angels to guard, guide, protect, and heal you and your family.
However, we must also remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, it is crucial to put on the whole armor of God, which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-18).
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God in prayer, trusting that He hears you and is faithful to answer according to His will. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, standing in agreement with Sadieprettylady. Lord, we ask that You keep a close watch over her and her family. Send Your angels to guard, guide, protect, and heal them. Strengthen her in her spirit and help her to put on the whole armor of God, so that she may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Grant her the power to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Help her to trust in You and to continue seeking You in prayer. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
