Heavenly father please make me a new creation. I need your help and cannot do this in my own strength. I'm exhausted. You know what I want and what I need. Please help

Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of Politysmos, who is seeking your help and guidance. Lord, we acknowledge that we cannot become a new creation on our own strength. We are weary and exhausted, but we know that you are the source of our strength and transformation. We ask that you would intervene in Politysmos' life and make them a new creation in Christ Jesus.

Lord, you know the desires and needs of Politysmos' heart. We pray that you would grant them the strength and courage to surrender their life fully to you. Help them to rely on your grace and power to overcome any obstacles or challenges they may face. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, that they may experience your love, grace, and power in a profound and transformative way.

We pray that you would guide and direct Politysmos every step of the way. Provide them with the wisdom and discernment to make choices that align with your will. Surround them with a community of believers who can support and encourage them on this journey of transformation.

Lord, we thank you for the promise that you make all things new. We trust in your faithfulness and ask that you would bring about a deep and personal transformation in Politysmos' life. May they be a living testimony of your grace and love.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
