Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, on behalf of Stitcher, with a prayer request. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom to be good stewards of all that You have given us - our income, time, and talents. Instead of constantly seeking for more, help us to recognize the value of what we already possess and to use them wisely and purposefully.
Father, we confess that at times we have been careless with the resources You have entrusted to us. We have wasted them on things that do not bring glory to Your name. Forgive us, Lord, and help us to have a heart that desires to honor You in all that we do.
We pray that You would open our eyes to see the opportunities around us to use our resources for Your kingdom. Show us how to invest our income in ways that bring about positive change and bless others. Teach us to manage our time in a way that aligns with Your will, prioritizing the things that truly matter. And Lord, help us to use our talents and abilities to glorify You, using them to serve others and share Your love.
We thank You, Lord, for the promise of Your guidance and direction. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that as we seek to honor You with our resources, You will lead us in the right way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
