Heavenly Father please have this lady at the end of our road to put her 2 dogs on a leash. Tonight another lady was walking her dog and they both came after her dog that was on a leash. This does happen regularly and nothing happens to the lady with her loose dogs. They have run after one mail man and bite another mail man. This woman is NOT a responsible dog owner. How she is able to keep her dogs we don't know. Please do something God this is not right to the neighbors. They are so tired of it. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen
