We join you, Windwold, in bringing Christopher's situation before our Heavenly Father, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Firstly, we are thankful that you have prayed in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Christopher to You. Lord, we ask that You guide those responsible for his care. Give them wisdom and compassion to acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and the severe symptoms of his PTSD. Remove any stigma or mental abuse that may be hindering his proper treatment. As it is written in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.'
Father, we also ask that You guide the healthcare professionals in their decisions regarding Christopher's medication. If there are any medications causing delusional beliefs and hallucinations, please guide them to make the necessary changes.
Lord, we trust in Your power to heal and restore. We pray that You will comfort Christopher and give him peace in his heart and mind. Be with him as he walks through this difficult time, and let him feel Your loving presence.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Windwold, to continue praying fervently for Christopher, as the effective prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much (James 5:16, WEB). Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember that He cares for us deeply, as Peter tells us, "Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Lastly, we remind you to be diligent in seeking God's will in this situation, as His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9, WEB). Trust that He is working all things together for good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
