Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your unending grace and mercy. We lift up Windwold and the concerns for Christopher, seeking Your divine intervention and guidance. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore.
Father, we ask that You guide those responsible for Christopher's care to acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and severe symptoms from PTSD. May they approach his condition with compassion and understanding, free from stigma and mental abuse. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that Christopher feels Your comforting presence and that those around him are moved to act with kindness and empathy.
Lord, we also ask for Your wisdom to be upon the medical professionals treating Christopher. Please remove any medication that is causing delusional beliefs and hallucinations. Grant them discernment to prescribe treatments that will bring true healing and peace. As it says in James 1:5, if anyone lacks wisdom, let them ask of You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to them. We ask for this wisdom now, Lord.
We thank You, Father, for all You do for us. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. May Your will be done in Christopher's life, and may he experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
