Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request for ###. Lord, we ask that you guide those responsible for ###'s care to recognize and acknowledge the reality of his disabilities and severe symptoms from PTSD. We pray that any stigma or mental abuse surrounding his condition would be removed, allowing him to receive the proper treatment and support he needs.

Father, we specifically ask that you intervene and remove any medication that may be causing delusional beliefs and hallucinations in ###. We know that you are the ultimate healer and that you have the power to bring clarity and restoration to his mind and body.
