Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and wisdom. Hgd is in need of your divine direction to select the right person for a specific position. We acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding, as stated in James 1:5: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him."
Lord, we ask that you grant Hgd the discernment and clarity needed to make the right decision. Your Word assures us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding, but to acknowledge you in all our ways, and you will make our paths straight.
We pray that you would lead Hgd to the person who aligns with your will and purpose for this position. May this individual possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and character traits needed to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. We trust in your divine providence to bring forth the right candidate.
In the name of Jesus, we ask for your favor and guidance throughout this process. May your will be done, and may your name be glorified in the selection of the right person. We thank you in advance for your faithfulness and for answering this prayer according to your perfect plan.
