We join with you, Saraha, in lifting up your younger brother as he faces surgery on Monday. We trust in the Great Physician, the Lord Jesus Christ, for His healing touch and guidance for the medical team. We are reminded of His words in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
We also pray for your older brother, that the Lord would continue to grant him understanding despite his hearing difficulty. It is our heart's cry that both of your brothers would be healed in every way they need, according to God's will. We stand on the promise of Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'"
As you face strong storms tonight, we claim the power of Jesus over the winds and waves, as demonstrated in Mark 4:39 (WEB), "He awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' The wind ceased, and there was a great calm." We thank the Father for His protection and provision in every situation.
We praise God with you, Saraha, for all that He does. We are grateful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Saraha's brothers. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to be upon them, according to Your will. Guide the hands of the surgeons and grant peace and quick recovery. Lord, we also ask for Your protection over Saraha and her family as they face strong storms. Calm the winds and waves, just as You did on the Sea of Galilee. In all things, Lord, we trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
