"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in our brother's life. You said in Your Word, 'Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.' (James 5:14-15, WEB)
Lord, be with him as he undergoes this surgery on August 5th. Guide the hands of the surgeons and the entire medical team. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7, WEB) We pray that the pacemaker will function perfectly, and that Your healing power will touch every part of his body that needs restoration.
Father, we also ask for Your control over the weather. You commanded the winds and the waves to be still, and they obeyed You. (Mark 4:39, WEB) We ask that You calm the storms coming our way, and that Your protection will be upon us.
###, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1, WEB) Keep your faith strong, knowing that He cares for you and your family.
