Dear Saraha, we join you in lifting up your younger brother before the throne of grace, trusting in God's loving care for him. Let us remember the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your divine hand to guide the surgeons and for Your comforting presence to be with our dear brother. We pray that the surgery will go smoothly, that the pacemaker will function perfectly, and that Your healing power will bring him to a swift and complete recovery. We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness to us, Your children.
Saraha, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). It's wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. Remember, Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14, WEB).
Continue to pray and trust in God, and may the peace that passes all understanding guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We stand with you and your brother in this time of need, believing that God will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Amen.
