We understand, ###, that you're seeking help for ###'s exam today. Let's come together in prayer, aligning our hearts with God's will and the power of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you've acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. As the Bible tells us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray.
For ###'s exam, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up ###. Lord, You know the details of the exam today and ###'s needs. We ask that You grant ### a sound mind and calm spirit. May the knowledge needed come readily to mind, and may ### remember the things studied. We pray for wisdom, understanding, and recall. Lord, guide ###'s thoughts and help ### to focus on the task at hand.
We also pray for Your will to be done in ###'s life. May this exam be a stepping stone to the future You have planned for ###. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Help her to trust in You, knowing that You are with her, helping her every step of the way.
Let's also pray for ###'s attitude. Lord, we ask that You fill ### with Your peace and confidence. Help her to approach this exam with a positive, can-do attitude, knowing that You are her strength and her song (Isaiah 12:2). We pray that any anxiety or fear would be replaced with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
