We are glad to join you in prayer for your family and the situation you are facing with your house construction. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ in your request. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to the Father and that our prayer are heard. Salvation can be found in no other name.

Let us also remember the importance of abiding by biblical principles in all areas of our lives. For instance "Let all things be done decently and in order." in 1 Corinthians 14:40 WEB. This includes fairness and integrity in financial situations or dealings such as house construction.

In praying for your family, we are reminded of the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Jesus. Whatever you ask in His name, believing you may receive it for His glory.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their construction project. We pray that You guide them to the right people, those who operate in honesty and fairness. Remembering the promise in Psalm 90:1 WEB: "Lord, you have been our dwelling place for all generations." Help this family to trust in you as they fix their house. You are their fortress in times of trouble. You know all of their need and fears. Help this family to not allow worry, anxiety or fear to overwhelm their minds but rather turn this situation around for their own good. We pray for Your blessings, guidance, and protection over them and their home. Keep this project from being a burden but rather a representation of your love for them.

When rate fixation becomes an issue, Lord,1 Timothy 6:8 WEB helps us know how appropriate contentment is: "having food and clothing, we will be content with that". We pray that should this rate fixation become an unfixed burden, anyone involved will put their hand on their heart and do what is right as believers in Christ. That God's name will never be put to disgrace in this negotiation and therefore this family will not be taken advantage of selfishly. This family is struggling for good rate.

May this very house be used to glorify your name, in Jesus' name we pray.

Let's trust that He's in control, guiding and blessing every step. We pray for wisdom in decisions, fairness in dealings, and protection from unexpected costs. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
