Heavenly Father, In the name of Jesus, I come before You Lord, i lift my desire to lose weight and ask for Your guidance and assistance in this journey. I acknowledge that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit . Father, I ask for Your strength and self-control to resist unhealthy temptations and make wise choices regarding food and exercise. Help me to develop healthy habits and discipline . Grant me the motivation and perseverance to stay committed to my weight loss goals. Lord,I also pray for Your wisdom and discernment in choosing the right methods and resources to aid in my weight loss journey. Above all,I pray for Your grace and love to surround me during this process. Help me to find my worth and identity in You . Remind me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I declare victory over any discouragement, self-doubt, or negative thoughts that may arise. Fill me with Your peace and assurance that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. In Jesus' name, I pray, believing that You will provide the strength, guidance, and transformation needed for me to achieve my weight loss goals. ijn Amen.

Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
