Heavenly father I thank you for everything you do for each and every one of us and each and every one of our little pets, we are so truly, humbly, sincerely and genuinely grateful and thankful.
Thank you for looking after mum when she went to her cleaning jobs today.
Thank you for looking after Tommy when he went to college today.
Thank you for letting dad have a nice day off work today.
Please look after mum when she goes to her cleaning jobs tomorrow and keep her healthy, happy and safe always.
Please look after dad when he goes to work tomorrow and keep him healthy, happy and safe always.
Please let Tommy have a nice day off college tomorrow and keep him healthy, happy and safe always.
Please look down upon Ebo, protect him and keep him healthy, happy and safe always.
Please look down upon Erin, protect him and keep him healthy, happy and safe always.
Please look down upon Frankie, Louisa and Coco, protect them and keep them healthy, happy and safe always.
Please continue to help all those who are in need right now, all those who are in pain, lonely, depressed, ill and in need of guidance and help.
Please look down upon those affected by the earthquake in Mexico, hurricane Maria and the shootings in Las Vegas and Texas.
Please forgive me for not sticking to the diet again today, please don't punish any of us for it.
Please give me the mental and physical strength, energy and willpower to stick to this diet and lose weight each day.
Please forgive each and every one of us for all of our sins.
Please continue to perform the miracles that I have asked of you for each and every one of us and each and every one of our little pets.

I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations.
