We join with you, Windwold, in lifting up Christopher to the Heavenly Father, seeking his healing and protection. We stand on the promises of God's Word, knowing that He is our healer and our refuge.
Let us pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking healing and protection for Christopher. You see the struggles he is facing, the medication-induced psychosis, the delusional beliefs, and the auditory hallucinations. Lord, we ask that You guide his medical team to find the right treatment for him. Please, bring comfort and healing to every area of his life.
We claim the promise in Philippians 4:7, 'And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.' We pray that Your peace would wash over Christopher, guarding his heart and mind.
We also pray that this trial would draw Christopher closer to You, that he would find his strength and hope in You alone, as it is written in Psalm 62:5-6, 'Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.'"
Windwold, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for Christopher, as James 5:16 tells us, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much." Trust that God hears your prayers and is working in Christopher's life.
We also urge you to encourage Christopher to seek the Lord in this time, to call out to Him for help and healing. As it is written in Romans 10:13, "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." This not only applies to salvation but also to God's help and intervention in our lives.
Lastly, remind Christopher of God's unfailing love for him, that no matter what he is going through, God is with him and loves him deeply, as Romans 8:38-39 tells us, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
