Hi! I could use prayer for an addiction. I have been fighting it since childhood, because I had a broken dad who passed on that brokeness to us kids. It isn’t all his fault, but that was how it started and now in my 20’s I really want to be free of it. I have periods of victory but always seem to end up back where I was and I hate it. My brain needs to be rewired but only Jesus can do that and after thousands of prayers for delivery He still hasn’t yet. But He shows me grace and mercy, so I believe He understands and has a purpose for it. -

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Windwold's prayer request for their sister. Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon her, both physically and emotionally. We pray that you would guard her heart from depression and fill her with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We claim this promise for Windwold's sister, knowing that you are able to bring healing and restoration. Thank you, Father, for your faithfulness and for all that you do for us.
