We rejoice with you, Deklari, as we come before our Heavenly Father with grateful hearts. It is wonderful to hear that Faith Muthina has been offered employment following her course in social work. We thank God for His faithfulness and for answering our prayers. As the Scripture says, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
Let us continue to lift up Faith in her new journey, praying that God would grant her wisdom, strength, and a heart full of compassion as she serves others in her role. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." (Colossians 3:23 WEB)
We also fervently pray for Faith's mother, Regina, that the Lord would reveal Himself to her and that she would come to accept Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16 WEB) We pray that Regina's heart would be open and receptive to the Gospel, and that she would experience the transformative love of Christ.
We encourage you, Deklari, to continue to be a light in their lives, pointing them to Jesus in all things. Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving for the blessings You have poured out on Faith. We ask that You guide her in her new role and use her as a beacon of Your love to those she serves. Lord, we also lift up Regina to You. We pray that her heart would be softened to the Gospel and that she would come to know You as her personal Savior. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."
We also want to gently remind you, Deklari, that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) May you continue to find strength and hope in His name.
