Heavenly Father I asked in the Name of Jesus that You help me to remain calm and quiet. Father strengthen me, numb my feelings, and grant me peace while I’m here at this current job. The Clinical Director has been problematic and caused people to quit for various reasons. The Owner and Upper Management knows that the Clinical Director is the root of the problem. They have witnessed it first hand. They’ve seen the harsh treatment. It’s sad how peaceful and quiet it is before the Clinical Director arrives. It’s chaos when the Clinical Director enters the building, I need to work. We shouldn’t have to suffer at the hands of ONE person. I ask that if I’m to remain there until God bless me with a better paying job in a peaceful environment, that God remove the Clinical Director TODAY! I ask that God replace the Clinical Director with someone who’s mature, respectful, kind, and stay in their office and only comes around when needed. Amen
