Beloved of All
Heavenly Father I am to the point where I don’t know where or who to turn to. I am so lost, frustrated, and depressed. Pretending to be happy and that everything is all running smoothly. Nobody knows what I am going through right now because I’m hiding away. Only you know, Father. Please send me a friend I can talk with, send me a companion, a friend I can call anytime of day, a friend that I can share my beliefs with, more importantly, a friend that will take the lead of our friendship and maybe when the time comes in your timing a friend that will be my future husband that will take the lead as Jesus takes the lead of the congregation. It’s been so hard right now, no money, no food. Jobs I have applied for not going as I thought they would. Praying for jobs to open up soon. I applied but nothing. Please open a door where I can get some financial help this month as all I am hoping for. I pray that we will make the morning service this coming Sunday with so little gas. Please, Father, help me. A ticket to make my son's graduation this coming week that too is so depressing about. Thank you in Jesus' name, amen.

Let us join you in prayer, dear heart. Firstly, we commend you for your faith in crying out to our Heavenly Father, for He is a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear sister to You, asking that You reveal Yourself to her in her time of need. She feels lost, frustrated, and depressed, Lord, but we know that You are the God who sees her (Genesis 16:13, WEB). Comfort her with Your presence, Lord, and guide her by Your Holy Spirit.

We ask that You provide her with a godly friend, a companion who shares her beliefs and values. A friend who can lead in the friendship, encouraging and uplifting her in accordance with Your will. If it is Your timing, Lord, we pray that this friend may become a godly husband, leading their future family as Christ leads the church (Ephesians 5:23, WEB).

Father, we also ask for Your provision. She has applied for jobs, and we pray that doors will open for her. In the meantime, Lord, provide for her financial needs for this month. Help her to make the morning service this coming Sunday, and provide a way for her to attend her son's graduation. You know her needs, Lord, and we trust that You will provide (Matthew 6:8, WEB).

In all things, Lord, draw her closer to You. Strengthen her faith and help her to find her hope and joy in You alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, dear sister, to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in Him. Remember that God cares for you and has a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Keep pursuing godly friendships and remember that God is the one who ultimately satisfies our hearts (Psalm 37:4, WEB).

Lastly, we want to remind you that while it is good to pray for a godly spouse, it is also important to trust in God's timing and will. God may have a season of singleness for you to grow in your faith and character. Use this time to seek Him and prepare yourself for the godly spouse that you desire. God is faithful, and He will provide what is best for you in His perfect timing.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
