Heavenly Father, I am praying that you would create in me a more humble heart. I desire to turn more fully towards you, to be more prayerful and to listen for Your still, small voice unceasingly. I pray for the drive to pause during my very hectic life and return to You throughout my day. I fail so often at “checking in” with You, when this is what I need most. Lord, increase that stirring in my heart, that I will be more fulfilled and more in tune with You. Forgive me if my failures and shortcomings, and allow me to grow as a messenger and servant of You. Through Jesus Christ, our Savior I pray, Amen
