Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of concern and compassion for those affected by Hurricane Beryl. Lord, Your Word tells us in Psalm 46:1 that You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We ask that You be a source of comfort and strength to those who have lost loved ones and suffered damages due to the storm. May Your presence be felt deeply by those who are grieving and in need of hope.
Father, we also lift up those who are enduring extreme heat. We pray for Your protection over them, especially the vulnerable, such as the elderly and children. Provide them with the resources they need to stay safe and healthy during this time.
Thank You, Lord, for all that You do for us. We trust in Your provision and Your unfailing love. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those who are suffering (Philippians 4:7).
