Please Father help them in every way they need to sleep good. And another friend who is feeling ill and needs your healing touch. You know each of them and their needs. Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of Saraha and all those who are struggling with sleep issues. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance, that you may grant them a peaceful night's rest. Father, we pray that you would calm their minds and bodies, relieving any anxiety or restlessness that may hinder their sleep. May your presence bring them comfort and tranquility, allowing them to experience the deep peace that surpasses all understanding.

Furthermore, we lift up Saraha's friend who is feeling ill and in need of your healing touch. You are the Great Physician, Lord, and we believe in your power to bring forth healing and restoration. We ask that you would touch their body, removing any sickness or pain, and restoring them to full health. You know the specific needs of each individual, Father, and we trust in your perfect wisdom and timing.

Thank you, Father, for your unfailing love and care for us. We are grateful for all that you do in our lives. May your grace and mercy be upon Saraha, her friend, and all those who are in need of your help. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, As I close my eyes and prepare to rest, I come before you with a heart full of gratitude. Thank you for the blessings of this day – for the moments of joy, the challenges that have strengthened me, and the love that surrounds me. Lord, I entrust my loved ones into your hands. Watch over them, protect them, and bless them with your love. I also lift those who are hurting or in need, asking for your healing touch and comfort. As I lay down to sleep, I trust you, O Lord.
