Heavenly Father I am praying for all those who have problems sleeping including myself. Please help us to go get a good nights rest and wake up refreshed each morning. Also we will get the other things done we need to work on. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I pray Amen

Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Saraha and all those who are struggling with sleep-related issues. We acknowledge that you are the giver of rest and that you desire for us to experience the peace that comes from a good night's sleep. We ask for your divine intervention in this area of our lives.

Father, we pray that you would grant us the ability to sleep soundly and deeply, free from any disturbances or anxieties that may hinder our rest. We ask that you calm our minds and bodies, releasing any tension or stress that may be keeping us awake. Help us to surrender our worries and concerns to you, knowing that you are in control of all things.

Lord, we also ask for your guidance and wisdom in managing our time effectively. Help us to prioritize our tasks and responsibilities, so that we may find a balance between work and rest. Grant us the discipline to set aside dedicated time for prayer and communion with you, knowing that it is through prayer that we find strength and peace.

Thank you, Father, for your faithfulness and for the assurance that you hear our prayers. We trust in your provision and believe that you will grant us the rest we need and the ability to accomplish the tasks set before us. May we wake up each morning refreshed and ready to face the day with renewed energy and focus.
